I start by showing you my tummy so we can gauge how much bigger it gets as I eat. Then, I shovel down a sandwich wrap pretty quickly slowing only occasionally to lick away a bit of greek sauce. When that's downed, I move my shirt to expose my tummy again and gulp down a cold coke. We follow that with a chocolate pudding cup and another tummy check.
