Blast after blast rocks out of his ass and envelops the tiny in the protein-laden stench. His face clenching as he lets out that intestinal bubble onto his former patient.
“That was a nice one for ya” He laughs as he starts to enjoy farting on his least favorite patient. He chugs down some water to try and mellow out his farts. Yet nothing works, his colon just keeps producing that terrible stench.

“Hmm let me re-adjust a bit to get you in the back” He says as he stands up adjusting his package. He rubs his stomach as he continues to unload on the trapped tiny. Just cracking jokes the entire time. Wanting to see how the little man his, he pulls the shrunken tiny out of his pants.
Mark can’t hear anything the tiny man is saying. He even places the shrunken person against his stethoscope to get some reaction...nothing. The man too small to even complain.
“Well I think I’ll just put you back where you belong” the giant says as he slowly slides the former patient back in his crack. Mark sits on the table, his bulbous ass barely contained in the screams and resumes his play. Leaning forward his face flexes and

“Oh yeah that was a good one” he says, really starting to push every molecule of gas out of his body. The hot smelly winds make Mark gag in response. His massive booty fighting the cloth for release, every inch and curve can be seen in the stretched fabric. Mark grunts a few times, each one coinciding with another fart.
“Oooh, I wonder how many more I got in me” Mark says as he just continues to ass blast the shrunken man. Not a second of rest is given to the entangled man. He has to endure all that the protein-laden jock got can give.
“Wonder how much more you can take, tough little bastard” Mark says, really trying to end the little man with his gas. Hoping he doesn’t have to deal with him anymore. Yet somehow the tiny makes it through.
“Well let me finish off this prescription for ya” He says as he casually tosses the shrunken man into his mouth. He starts to slurp and suck on the soiled tiny.
“I am the best doctor” Mark continues to suck and tease the tiny man. Strands of saliva bridging across his amount as the tiny man tries his best to escape. Yet nothing can beat that large tongue. No matter how much the tiny squirms, Mark’s tongue holds him tight. His tiny body rubbed against every each of the giant’s mouth
“So pathetic” he says as he gargles the tiny body. His massive maw in full view of the camera. The wide pit of his throat just waiting for its eventual meal. With one final flick of his tongue. The tiny is sent careening down the gastric pit. Never to be seen from again. The massive man just rubbing his stomach feeling the final movements of his digesting patient.
