PART ONE : Jake discovers that he seems to be getting shorter and shorter every day. His coworkers even poke fun at his condition. He decides to visit his hot doctor to get a professional opinion. Doctor Mark Summers enters the patient's room to go over what he finds as chronic Short Man's Syndrome. As he talks to Jake, he cant seem to help chuckling to himself. "This is a, erm- tiny problem. But haha- I can get you a prescription to help. You might find that people start looking like Giants to you. But I can help you fix that. Just take the pill and check in with me in the next 24 hours. Make sure not to fall in one of the cracks of the floors on the way out haha. OOPS!" The doctor humor seems to be more cruel then sincere.

Jake leaves feeling a bit turned on. Mark is so hot, cocky and fit. Why would his own doctor be making fun of him? He unfortunately takes the pills, but they end up shrinking him vs growing him. The next day, Mark walks in laughing. He has poor Jakey trapped in his own prescription bottle. "It's ironic that the pill I gave you for your condition actually shrunk you. Now look at you. A pill yourself. Probably not a lot of air in there either. You'll just have to wait while I eat my strawberries. Snack time." Too bad Jake becomes part of the snack! Mark begins slowly licking on each berry, and then mockingly compares Jake to the size of one of them. "You're so small you could fall in the cracks of my keyboard, fucking midget." He then licks him with massive amounts of saliva with his huge, pink faded tongue. Soon Jake finds himself all the way inside Mark's big mouth- being tossed around and even getting aroused, to the doctor's amusement. After much mouth, Mark just swallows him down to his stomach. He then takes out his stethoscope and takes his shirt up to reveal six pack abs. He begins listening to Jakey trapped inside of his body. "I can actually hear you inside, screaming. And there's nothing you can do about it."

This is just the beginning. Mark keeps Jake trapped inside his stomach for the rest of the night. The next day he regurgitates him up and then decides to play Giant vs Jack and the Beanstalk. He kicks his big barefeet on the table and the loser to smell his stinky feet. "I'm just going to ignore you now. You've always made poor life choices and now you're paying for it. Sniff my stinky ass feet." Jakey is once again turned on by this as Mark stomps on him, and then works on his computer with the little trapped between his toes.

PART TWO: SYNOPSIS : Dr Mark Summers returns, this time humiliating his patient Jake with a shrinking vaccine that leads to the tiny getting smaller each time, and Mark using him under his hands, feet, kleenex (Sneezing on him), and of course- eating him. This is a sequel to the first in the series, Hot Doctor Shrinks Patient, also available in Mark's catalogue.

Jake starts out in the office normal sized (POV) and Mark giggles, trying to act professional but still making short jokes ("Oops! Sorry buddy") before offering a vaccine to help him grow. But on his next visit, Jake is smaller- the size of a Ken Doll. Mark now says he's still going to help him. First he checks his medical heart rate results. "A little low- OOPS! Haha..." Dr Mark drops a stapler on Jake's body. "See if you can lift this haha", he says. Then he puts a box of kleenex on top of the poor dude's body. "Ya mind holding that for me Jakey?" Mark smirks. "Hold on, I can feel a...SNEEZE coming on." He then spits into the tissue and mashes it into Jake's body, mocking him. He rubs his nose with it again, smothering the shrinking patient with the wet tissue. He lands his smelly feet all over Jake, acting nonchalant. "Fe Fi Fo Fum, There are more TESTS to come hahaha!"

He has fun smothering Jake under his feet, now larger than him. And of course, very smelly. The doctor never wears shoes. He takes out his stethoscope to hear Jake's heartbeat, laughing at how puny it is. He laughs as Jake tries to move a salt shaker, now massive to him.

On the final visit, after being injected again, The Doctor comes in with a kit. Where's Jake? The jock first takes his shirt off, revealing a muscular chest. Then he takes his First Aid get and slams it over and over again. "Let's just open this kit up- and see HOW small you are." He opens it- revealing the tiny inch tall Jake stuck inside. "You know how I tell you to stick out your tongue and say "AHHH". I'm gonna USE you as the tongue pressing stick." Without another thought Jake is shoved in Mark's wet mouth, as the jock lazily tosses him around- his massive tongue covering Jake in warm saliva.

Now at the mercy of a Giant. "I think we should put YOU into the NEW vaccine", Mark laughs harder- putting the loser INSIDE the syringe. "Don't now- haha", the jock laughs as Jake is helpless. Before he knows it he's thrown into a bowl of fruit. "Gotta eat healthy, you know." Mark begins taking big chunks of pineapple, stuffing them inside his mouth, making obnoxious noises with his tongue and throat. Soon Jake is tossed in the mouth too, with Mark smirking and ignoring him as he's stuck in the back of the tongue. Mark even picks Jake up, slams him in a piece of kiwi fruit, and slobs on him like he's getting all the juices out. He spits, drools and licks Jake- all while mocking him.

It ends with that infamous pill bottle, this time all of them pouring down on Jake before he's swallowed down to Mark's stomach. The Giant bloats it out, satisfied he's "cured" another patient. Jake is now a part of Mark forever. EPIC macro video that surpasses the original in all aspects. Vore fans will like this one more then the foot crowd, but there are so many Giant themes that Mark does with the tiny patient it's just overall an exhilarating experience.
