here is a nice clip of "miss julie & victoria". it seems they were calling on medial offices all morning & when they finally got a chance to sit down for a minute... off came their shoes! when they stood up to smoke a cigarette, off came their shoes. when they sat down waiting for their appointment... well, you get the point!
