Sometimes one is not enough, especially late in the evenings after a party where I couldn’t really smoke at my usual pace, so doubling up as I got home on the porch. My nicotine levels were droppin on the ride home so bad that I needed this, after a couple of drags from my Marlboro I decided to add one more to satisfy my cravings and to finally relax.
