To inspect and investigate a construction site that is been operating illegally, not in code, and needs to be shut down, until changes are made and the site becomes up to code. Unsanitary bathroom facilities, improper use of hard hats, incorrect storage of hazardous chemicals, just to name a few violations. It is determined that the site will, indeed, have to be shut down.
