The scene begins with a Chinese television news report and video on how a young scholar has was taken from a bus stop by a masked man in leather. He jumps her from behind as people run, trapping her arms behind her, and pulling her back on the sidewalk as she screams and tells him to stop in Chinese. Next we see her inside of an abandoned warehouse, being tied up with rope by the masked man. He ties her wrists together with her arms up above her, then stands on a chair behind her to lift up her dress over and off her.
