Ive been working very hard recently on my butt, doing squats, deadlifts, lunges, kickbacks, thrusts etc at the gym and eating a high protein diet. Im trying to get a bigger butt, but all thats happened so far is that its got a lot shapelier and stronger. But ill settle for that! In this video I flex and tense my glutes individually, making my butt cheeks bounce up and down. My butt is so strong now, I know you love watching it flex.
