I am wearing a sports bra and a pair of exercise shorts and I start to do some stretches to help with flexibility. They include touching my toes without bending my knees, calf stretches, quad stretches, sitting on the floor spreading my legs as wide as I can and touching my toes etc. I do lots of still stretches followed by a couple of moving exercise stretches before logging off to go to the gym.
