I am standing in the shower and I tell you how badly I need to wash my hair. I brush it out so that it doesn't get too tangled while I wash it, then I stand under the shower to get it wet. I shampoo it up and while the shampoo sinks in I wash the rest of my body using a big sponge. Then I rinse my hair, thoroughly rinsing all the shampoo out and squeezing the water out so it doesn't drip on to the floor when I get out.
