I wake up wearing my bath robe and look in the mirror. I don't look too bad in the face, but I am gaining so much weight! I look like a marshmallow, all pudgy and chubby round the middle. This robe isn't helping so I drop it and start analysing and criticising my naked body. I pinch my fat, slap my belly and complain about how fat i'm getting and how much I love food. I wish I could stop eating and have a nice, slim body but I just love food so much!
