I have been working on my body a lot recently and I love showing it off. I'm so much more toned than I was before, everything is much firmer now, less wobbly. I start by flexing my biceps, showing them off from the front and the back, then I go down my body showing off all my other muscles. I even clench and flex my buttocks, making them bounce. I'm loving my new body!
