I'm topless and it's time to brush my teeth. I get some toothpaste on my toothbrush, wet it and start brushing. My mouth fills with lots of foam, so much that some drips down my chin and my tits and into the sink. I brush every single tooth thoroughly, getting my mouth full of foamy toothpaste. When i've finished, my mouth still tastes strongly of the foam, so I need to rinse. I drink some water from a glass, swill it around my mouth and spit.
