I am so tired! I've had such a long day and i'm utterly exhausted and ready for bed. I sit on my bed completely naked and start yawning. I stretch my arms above my head and yawn deeply, my mouth opening wide and my chest opening up. I yawn over and over again until I just can't keep my eyes open any more, then I say goodnight and head to bed.
