So Kane decides to stick to his kicking skills, at times Ballbustee will flinch, causing Kane to graze or miss Ballbustees balls, which is a big mistake as Kane then makes sure to deliver a harder kick that sends Ballbustee screaming and howling in agony.

In this clip rather than Kane continually kicking him in the balls, he takes things a little slower, delivering a hard shot and then letting Ballbustee marinate in the aching pain that hits him right in his intestine.

At times you get to see some shots in replay from a different angle aswell as a reply in slow motion for those satisfying impacts of Kane's foot connecting with Ballbustees balls.

Kane also uses his toes to grip onto his balls to twist, turn and squish his balls.
