Carmen Valentina and Kitty Quinn are in the dojo and Kitty is ready to belt up. Carmen has Kitty's green belt in hand telling Kitty there's just one technique she has to learn before she's able to belt up. Carmen has Kitty lay on the mats and immediately puts her feet right over the blondes face, foot smothering Kitty. Kitty struggles under Carmen's feet as Carmen teaches her how to foot smother and endure the smother. If Kitty can hold out through the lesson she will be a green belt in no time.
