The girls are in the dojo, Rennadel has Sydney's green belt in hand but before she gets belted she has to earn the belt and learn the foot smother technique. The girls sit, and Rennadel begins to foot smother Sydney letting her feel the power as she makes the blonde take it. Rennadel smothers in different positions, teaching Sydney so this orange belt can hopefully become green at the end of this lesson.
