I have accepted another extreme smoking challenge and I am ready to put my lungs to the test once again. Until recently, I smoked 30 cigarettes a day, but for several weeks now I have been smoking 40 cigarettes a day. Will my lungs be able to handle so much tar?

Day 1:
Smoke 70 cigarettes. Smoke your normal cigarettes with 10mg tar and be sure to smoke each cigarette completely down to the filter.

As soon as you wake up, film a 5-minute video as you start smoking your first cigarette of the day.
