I have been a heavy smoker for over 10 years and when it comes to smoking everyone talks about the damage it does to the lungs. But the first thing that smokers notice is the damage that cigarettes do to their teeth. As a heavy smoker, I visit the dentist twice a year to remove dental plaque. Now it's time to visit the dentist again because my teeth have traces of brown tartar, especially on the inside line.
