Alanna is dumped again and she cover up her sorrows with alcohol and plenty of cigarettes! She doesn't even know how many cigarettes she smoked today, but the full ashtray in front of her speaks for itself. Alana feels her lungs hurt but the physical pain is nothing compared to the inner pain and sadness and she continues to smoke and cough as if she's going to cough up her lungs!
