Alanna used to be a smoker but she quit a while ago. She was scared that cigarettes would ruin her health. The past few weeks had been very stressful for Alanna and she reached out for cigarettes again.

Alanna woke up and decided to grab a cigarette with her morning coffee. Smoking is no longer so easy for Alanna and she coughs constantly. Smoke irritates Alanna's lungs and she coughs dry and persistent.
