Alexa has been working harder than ever on her abs and she can't stop bragging about how strong they are. I've had enough of her bragging and challenge her to a belly pushing contest, knowing that I have a few tricks up my sleeve to defeat her.
We each take turns pushing the others belly, and the number of pushes in each round must be done in 1 minute. Whoever quits before the end of the 4th round loses.

I tell Alexa that to make the contest interesting, each of us get to make 1 additional rule for the contest. Alexa is so confident that she's quickly agrees, making the assumption that she will easily defeat me because of how strong her abs are as compared to mine.
Since Alexa is so confident I let her name her rule first. Alexa's additional rule - The one that quits must endure 50 penalty pushes in 1 minute from the winner. My additional rule - Alexa must keep her belly totally relaxed for all the rounds. Alexa is stunned by this rule but must comply. Because she cannot tense her stomach muscles for protection, she's not near as confident as she was.
In rounds 1 & 2, we use 1 arm. But in rounds 3 and 4 we use alternating rights and lefts in order to get the required number of pushes in the 1 minute time limit.
I get pushed 1st, and then alternate between the two of us. The 1st round is spent exploring each others belly to find the weakest area where the fist can push the deepest. For both of us it turns out to be right on the belly button. Even though I try to contract my abs, the pushes still go deep because Alexa's pushes are strong. I am able to survive because on some of the pushes I contract my belly so the push doesn't goes as deep, but in the later rounds my belly muscles are too tired and the pushes go deep. I, by shear determination, barely survive the 4th round. Alexa struggles from not being able to contract her stomach muscles through the 1st three rounds.
It's now time for me to push on Alexa for the 4th round. Alexa can only hope for a tie at this point. Shortly after I start pushing Alexa is definitely in trouble. She grunts and utters ooofffs and uunngghh's. After I reach around 30 pushes, Alexa makes the huge mistake of giving up.
As she lays there defenseless, with her head laying back behind the chair, and her arms dangling at her sides, I tell her that it's time for the 50 penalty pushes since she gave up. I now go back to regular right and left fist pushes as quickly as I can while I count each push. Alexa is in agony begging and pleading me to stop. After about 40 pushes or so, I tell Alexa that because of all the noise she's making I've lost count on the penalty pushes and that I've got to start over. So I start over as Alexa continues to weaken and plead with me to stop. After about push 30, no more noise comes from Alexa. I continue and finish up the 50 pushes into Alexa's soft belly, and then gloat over her, making fun of her "strong abs". I give her a few celebratory pushes as I leave.
