The most important elements are: the deep sensual pushing, camera position, the pushes to be continuous but timed slowly so that the slower rate of each push can be achieved, your suffering throughout, Alexa's confidence throughout the competition and her suffering in the last round.
Camera views:
50% of time viewing from the side with the camera level with your bodies and centered on the belly, heads can be seen.

Alexa is irritated as she tells you that she lost the last competition because your pushes were too much like punches, and her abs couldn't withstand the punches. She tells you that no abs can hold up to that many punches no matter how fit!
This time, to make sure the push doesn't become a punch, the fist is brought down to touch the abs, and while the fist is touching the abs, you then push it in. Everything else stays the same. The pushes would be on and around the belly button.
Alexa demonstrates on you as you're sitting up. She takes her fist and punches you 1 time in the belly. You react to the punch as a punch, as you circle your lips and let out a sexy ooofff as you bring your hand to your belly. She then takes her fist and puts it against your belly and then pushes it in. You react to the push as though you are suddenly sick to your stomach and you bring your hands to your belly as though you feel like you are going to throw up. As you hold your belly you tell her you understand.
Alexa then recommends you have rounds of 20, 30, 40, and 50 pushes, eliminating the 10 push round.
You pause for a few seconds to think as Alexa wonders if you're trying to think of a way to cheat so that you can win again.
You do agree, but on 1 condition.
There is to be no time limit on how long the pushes are to be done because the new style of pushing will take longer. If it takes longer than a minute, that's ok..
Alexa thinks hard as to why you would want this, but she feels that will only help her if the pushes are slower so she agrees.
You do rock, paper, scissors to see who goes first. You do paper, Alexa does rock, so you win and you want to go first.
The competition goes with the 20, 30, and 40 pushes per round. You are struggling mightily with the pushes, but this time, Alexa is having no problems at all. Even though the pushes are visibly going deep, her abs are holding up as expected while yours is being destroyed.. She becomes more confident with each round and you have more and more problems with each round. She is bragging and making fun of you thinking that there is no way she can lose this time.
The two of you suck/vacuum in your bellies as the fist push in hard exposing your ribs on most if not all of the pushes.
You somehow, some way survive the 50 pushes, but just barely. A couple times, once toward the end of the 40 pushes round, and once during the 50 push round you actually black out. Alexa makes the mistake of stopping and tapping your cheek to see if you've been blacked out. She revives you as she taps your cheek and then she goes back to pushing you for the rest of the round.
Alexa goes into her part of the last round extremely confident that even though she may not win, she will certainly not lose.
The first 10 of the 50 pushes are normal as Alexa feels more and more confident. This is when you completely surprise Alexa with your "double fist push". You bring both fists down to Alexa's abs and push down with all your body weight.
Alexa is stunned. You being able to put all your weight into the push since you're using both arms is excruciating and she has no idea what you're doing and how you're doing it.
What are you doing? Both fists?? Is that fair? You can't do that! Brutal! Excruciating! Too Brutal! I can't take it! Stop! Too much! Help!
You simply tell her that there was no rule that said only 1 fist or arm could be used on each push.
You do this for the next 20 pushes as Alexa suffers greatly.
Then you shock her even more by allowing the fists to stay in contact with the belly and this allows you to push in, pull your fists up while still touching the belly, and then push in again. You repeat this procedure. This allows you to speed up the pushes just a little, but not too fast because you want the fun to last.. You do this for the last 20 pushes.
Alexa's belly are being slowly destroyed.
She lifts her head up many times to see what you're doing. She tells you all the feelings she's having in her belly as she suffers. She begs and pleads with you to stop. She tries several times to bring one of her hands up to try to get you to stop as you grab it and fling it out of the way.
She black out during the last 10 pushes as you finish.
You are so excited and so happy.
You confidently say " Alexa, that's 1.............. 2................., 3 strikes, you're OUT.
As you celebrate, you then take both arms and fists and playfully take alternating right and left punches into Alexa. Each arm goes way back and you bring each of them forward full speed. But when you reach her, each fist stops at the belly surface, and then gently pushes in deep. You do 12 of these, 6 rights, 6 lefts.
