I want to measure how much I can stretch my belly. I made two lines on my stomach and measured the distance between them as I stood, before I stretched out my stomach. Then I lay over the chair I put on the pillows and when I stretched out my stomach, I again measured the distance between the two lines. It increased by 6 cm. Then I made a little standard belly stretching.
