She says she will do her absolute best, really push herself, etc. then she holds her breath as long as she can, while her facial expressions show she really needs to breathe (panic and struggle) and stomach contractions. During the breath holds when it's getting really difficult to keep going she's waiting for permission from you (the camera) to be done holding her breath, like for a signal to breathe, and she has to beg for when she needs air. She tries a few different breath holds this way, trying to push longer and longer each time. She shows you her best effort to hold her breath and get stomach contractions for a long time. In between the breath holds during her breathing she talks about how she really tried as hard as she can to wait for the signal to breathe, it's really painful to hold it that long but she has really strong willpower.
