Scene 1: Introduction: I have a meeting with a friend soon. Knocking on the door. Alanna enters the apartment and tells me that she is the fitness instructor. I answer that I expected her to come tomorrow. Alanna tells me that I have to pay anyway. I am angry because Alanna sounds so bossy and arrogant. After checking her body for a while I tell her that I don’t think she could be a good fitness instructor because she is too skinny and untrained. Alanna in response claims that I am looking like I couldn’t do much sport. I flex my bicep. Alanna is impressed, but says: “You are just chubby!” Now I am really mad. I look at Alanna and say: “I made my decision! I will show you who is stronger!” Scene 2: Bearhug: I grab Alanna and put her in a bearhug. Alanna tries to escape, but she can’t. Alanna screams in pain. I walk with her in the room for a bit. Finally, I release her. Scene 3: Arm wrestling: Alanna suggests making an arm-wrestling match and I agree. To humiliate Alanna even more I choose my weaker arm. Suddenly I receive a call on my cell phone. While I am talking on the cell phone Alanna starts an attack, she uses both of her hands against me but I put both of her arms to the table – everything without looking! I suggest doing a leg wrestling match to show who is stronger. Scene 4: Leg wrestling: There are two matches. In the first match, my legs embrace Alanna’s. I have to squeeze her legs together, while she has to push my legs away. I squeeze Alanna’s legs merciless and she lose. In the second match, Alanna’s legs embrace me and so she has to squeeze my legs together. I won both matches but Alanna protests that she lost because she didn’t know this sport yet. Scene 5: Biceps curls: Alanna suggests doing biceps curls and she takes her light 1 kg dumbbells and I use my 10 kg dumbbells. I and Alanna do biceps curls at the same time for 2 minutes. My biceps curls are very fast, I did more than 80 in 2 minutes, and she loses again! Scene 6: Push-ups: I suggest to do push-ups. Whoever has done 50 push-ups first wins. We both start at the same time. After about 10 push-ups Alanna cannot do another one. You have no problems doing all 50! Alanna recognizes that I had won the push-ups contest but she wants another exercise and she suggests squats. Scene 7: Squats: I suggest doing 50 squats and Alanna agrees. As soon as Alanna is inattentive, I grab her and lift her onto my shoulders. Alanna is panicking again. I do a few squats with Alanna as additional weight. Afterward, I am walking through the room with on my shoulders. I do another, the last squat with her. Then I let her down and she falls on the floor. Scene 8: Chest press: I want to humiliate Alanna even more and to demonstrate her how to do chest press to get a nice feminine chest. I do a chest press with the 10 kg dumbbells while Alanna is sitting away. Scene 9: Triceps dips: I am still sitting on the bench and do triceps dips while Alanna is watching me and my triceps. Scene 10: Measurement: I suggest to compare our biceps. At first, I measure Alanna’s biceps with the measurement tape. ( Alanna’s right bicep relaxed – right flexed – left relaxed – left flexed) Now it’s Alanna’s turn to measure my biceps. At first, she has to measure my relaxed biceps right and left. Afterward, I do some biceps curls with the 10 kg dumbbells to pump my biceps. Now, Alanna measures my flexed biceps right and left. Scene 11: Lift and Carry: I put the measurement tape away. I lift Alanna again and put her in a princess carry. I do some of the lift & carry poses with her and she is too weak to resist. Finally, I put her in a headlock and she can’t resist my power. Scene 12: Posing and Flexing: I do some muscle posing and flexing.
