I finish my cigarettes as if I hate my lungs and would like to punish them as hard as I can. I tell you what I want about my smoking fetish and about my lungs. I inhale deeply the smoke with open mouth inhaling, rise up my chest to maximum power when I am inhaling, hold the smoke into my lungs for several seconds and exhale it by nose.
