I have just woken up, first smokes of the day where my chesty smokers cough is at its worst. Filmed the same as "serious cough" . Wearing silk black robe, showing my long perfect legs and bare feet. Toes curling with the strength of my cough. Rubbing my feet occasionally and my long veiny neck, throat clearing from time to time. Black toenails.
