Alanna's neck is positioned that way that her Adam's apple look enormous the whole time. She have her head back, but not her chin. In other words her chin is relaxed and her head is gently tilted back. I rub Alanna's Adam's apple the whole time. I rub my finger on the very front of the tip of it. I really feel the apple beneath the skin. I truly feel and explore with my finger the shape of the tip of the bone. My finger move her skin as I rub.
