I shower in clothes and wash my hair. My clothes clung to my body and it is difficult for me to raise my hands. So I torn and cut with the scissors the blouse I wear. I then put on another dose of shampoo and washed my hair once more. This time it was much easier. I then ripped off both the T-shirt and pantyhose I wore and continued to enjoy a warm shower.
