Clothing: A top that exposes my belly, short shorts, no shoes, bare feet

Do you know how bad my belly aches and cramps when I have eaten something wrong? After eaten some paprika and onions I am soon doubled over sitting on the couch with my arms around my stomach before lying down writhing around in sheer agony.
