My doctor told me that I should take better care of my health. Doctor's advice should not be taken for granted and I decided to listen to him. Of course I did not even think to quit smoking, but something I have to do. I decided to eat a few slices of orange with a cigarette. In fact, I light and smoked two cigarettes at the same time. Now when I enter all these vitamins I suppose smoking two cigarettes at the same time is not so much a health risk.
