I completely expel the air from my lungs to make as strong drag as possible and inhale that poisonous smoke into my lungs. I repeat this until I smoke my cigarette to the filter.
I'm not completely satisfied with my result because I already tried this a few days ago without filming and I know I can do better. But 4 days ago I had a hard time breathing again and I still haven't fully recovered.
