I am in the gym and my personal trainer is not happy with my performance. As punishment I am tied with ropes to the ceiling, to stand so stretched and gagged. I try to protest but the only thing you can hear is my muffled moaning. My belly and my armpits are completely exposed as I stand on my fingertips in an AOH pose.
