I am lying on my back on the bed. Then from there I engage in a very intense waking morning stretch, I arch my chest and tilt my neck back as do the intense stretch. I do a few of those for 2 mins
Then on the other 3 mins, I stroke pieces of ice all over my tilted back neck.
