Alanna and I are starts by doing a 2 minute workout neck stretching together and our necks are oiled up. I notice Alanna's rapid pulsating throat and I am quite amazed with that. I ask Alanna to look at my neck as well. Lots of laughter and small talk. We don't touch each other's necks with our hands but just admire our arched necks.

After a while we drink the juice on a straw while keeping our heads thrown back as much as we can.
I gently pull Alanna's hair back when she is arching her neck and smiling. We hold the position when arching and turning our necks showing our bulged larynx.
