I am lying on the floor and loudly blowing all air out of my lungs and holding my breath. Alexa steps on my belly, both feet across the belly, and tells me to hold my breath for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds she allows me to breathe but stays standing on my belly. After only a very short few breathes she tells me to hold my breath again for 30 seconds and this time she stands on my belly on one foot.
