Scene 1: Abs Isolation
I am lying on the floor and loudly blowing all air out of my lungs and holding my breath. Alexa steps on my belly, both feet across the belly, and tells me to hold my breath for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds she allows me to breathe but stays standing on my belly. After only a very short few breathes she tells me to hold my breath again for 30 seconds and this time she stands on my belly on one foot. After that Alexa, gives me a short break but goes back on my belly, standing vertically this time, and tells me to hold my breath for 30 seconds. ...

Scene 1: Abs Isolation
I am lying on the floor and loudly blowing all air out of my lungs and holding my breath. Alexa steps on my belly, both feet across the belly, and tells me to hold my breath for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds she allows me to breathe but stays standing on my belly. After only a very short few breathes she tells me to hold my breath again for 30 seconds and this time she stands on my belly on one foot. After that Alexa, gives me a short break but goes back on my belly, standing vertically this time, and tells me to hold my breath for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds she allows me to breathe but she stays on my belly for another 15 seconds until I gasp for air. I am breathing in and out deeply, showing my ribs.

Scene 2: Diaphragm Isolation
I suck in my belly and put my finger on top of my sternum and tell Alexa to step there with all her weight. Alexa puts her heel under my sternum and pushes down. I count to 10 to see how much she affects my breathing. Alexa steps off of me, but she tells me to suck in my belly and loudly blow all air out and hold my breath as she stands her heel full weight under my sternum for 30 seconds. After 30 seconds she gives me a few breaths and repeats the standing part 2 more times. She continues standing under my sternum for 15 seconds as I attempt to catch my breath.

Scene 3: Upper abs belt compression and tight under the rib cage
Alexa puts the belt on my upper belly tight and she does two long HOMs to see my belly and rib contractions and my struggle as I am not allowed any air. My loud grasp during very short recoveries makes my belly contract. The belt is very tight to get close to the diaphragm effect similar to rib and chest sitting. Alexa HOM me for 90 seconds and after that allows me 3 breathes in and out. She repeats 90 seconds HOM.

Scene 4: Breathing isolation with kneeling and belt compressed
Alexa kneels on my belly, both knees under the belt full weight. She HOM me 3 times for 30 seconds with only 3 breathes in between while she stays on top of me.
In the end, Alexa takes the belt off of my belly, and I am sucking in deeply and out a few times while smiling.
