OPENING SCENE: (1 minute)
Karate Mistress and Alanna are on their backs side by side. Karate Mistress has plastic wrap over her mouth and Alanna has a tight belt around her waist.
Mistress has her belly sucked in 3/4 so her ribs really show.
Alanna says "that is pretty good but you can do better, suck it in further"
Mistress pat her belly and suck it in further and further to the thinnest and hold in 10 seconds then push out belly as far as she can and suck in as far as she can 5 times quickly.

SCENE 2: (8 Minutes)
Alanna says "tighten your abs and hold your breath" and steps on Mistresses belly, feet across the belly. While Mistress holds her breath for 20 seconds then breathes through nose for 10 seconds repeating holding breathe and break until 2 minutes elapsed with Alanna standing on her belly.
Alanna stands on Mistresses belly for 2 minutes as KM holds her breathe then she steps off her allowing Mistress to breathe for 30 seconds without Alanna on her belly.
After 30 second break Alanna says "Nice job, tighten your abs you can do better". Alanna stomps Mistress belly again for 2 minutes telling her to hold her breath for 20 seconds and letting her breathe for 10 seconds.
After new 30 second break ALANNA says "You are getting stronger.... this will be your last time" Mistress sucks in as deep as she can then tighten abs and pat belly with both hands like slapping belly while sucked in as to say let's until this, and Alanna is back on her belly for another 2 minutes.

SCENE 3: (4 Minutes)
Mistress grabs Alanna, places her on her back and covers Alanna's mouth and nose, no air in or out for 1 minute. Alanna struggles and her belly and ribs contract. Mistress gave her a 30 second break, and repeated making her hold her breath for 1 minute 2 more times.
Mistress stands next to Alanna and puts one foot on Alanna's belly and applies pressure.
At the end they hug each other in harmony. "We did well" and smile.
