This challenge is designed to make great belly contractions if push breath holds with minimal recovery. With weights you will see more rib versus belly contractions.
I have plastic wrap, mouth tape so I can breath only through my nose the entire clip. I also have a stack of weights on my belly.
OPENING SCENE: (one minute)
Mouth covered, on your back, the 6 weights on upper belly under ribs, breathing through nose.
Suck in belly as far as you can then push up the weights making belly as big as you can while stabilizing weights wit your hands.
