The clip starts with me lying on my front on the floor, I have weights on my back and paperwork in front of me. I am filling in this paperwork whilst smoking. Alanna walks in and lies on the floor next to me to give me a hug. I say to her I am exercising my lungs whilst doing paperwork, saying how important this Marlboro Woman paperwork is. Alanna puts another cig in my mouth and lights it. She says how strong I am and hugs me tight. I am now smoking 2 at once. I say - watch how the smoke stays on my breath. I take a drag, then exhale and then breath normally watching how many times I can breathe out with the smoke still being in my breath.
Once my cigs run out, Alanna takes the weights off and I roll onto my back. I get her to light me a couple of fresh cigs for me, and tell her I need her to measure my chest and to get the tape measure. She puts the tape measure under me and measures how much my chest expands by when I inhale. She takes lots of measurements from the top of my chest down to the bottom of my tummy, writing into my paperwork as she goes (and also reading it out). When she measure my tummy she feels it and say how strong and flat it is. Once she has got all my measurements I tell her to put the weights on my tummy and light me some more cigs. After a min I say I can take more weight and tell her to sit on my chest. Alanna sit on my chest whilst I smoke the rest of my cigs.
When I finish my cigs, Alanna gets off and takes the weights off and I stand up. Alanna lights me another cig. I lift Alanna up and put her on my hip whilst I smoke. Alanna say she wishes she was strong like me. I say she is strong she just needs to train more. I put Alanna down and tell Alanna to pick me up. She struggles and quickly puts me down. I say I have a challenge for her. I take a new cigarette and say I can smoke a Marlboro in 2 mins, can she hold me for that long. She lifts me up again and I light my cig and smoke it quickly whilst she walks around whilst carrying me. When I finish the cig she puts me down. I say how well she has done and to sit in the chair for a min. I tell her to load up my packs whilst she is sat there. I stand between her legs very close to her and slowly rotate as she load all my packs into my pants. Next I say, lets do that again, but this time I get on her back. Again I light a cig, she walks around whilst I smoke on her back.
