Description

custom clip

I am in the gym, working on my muscles, doing 3 dumbbell exercise, each 2 minutes. First I do bicep curls, then tricep overhead press and finally chest press on a bench. I use different dumbbell weights for the three different exercises. I wear sport bra.
After that I pose and show my muscles in latspread pose and other poses.
