I tell Alanna to HOM Alexa's mouth and nose for as long as Alexa can take it, then remove HOM when she closes her eyes, everything while I am on her.

When Alexa has a short recovery Alanna HOM here again until she starts to struggle and needs a breath, and I am still standing on her belly.
