I am paring up with Alanna to do some yoga neck stretching. Our necks are oiled and we are sitting in a chair with our hands behind us. First 5 minutes I am arching my head back with close-up shots and then 5 minutes Alanna is doing the same thing. Alanna struggled a little with the yoga so I helped her, supporting her neck and stroke it and make it look even more beautiful. Final 5 minutes both of us together arching our heads back and swallowing, drinking water from the bottles.
