This is the follow up video to the ''Frequent Swallowing ''. This time I start the first scene with me sitting in the chair, with my arms behind the chair and start bending and arching my head back very slowly with my chest out but arching my head all the way back frequently swallowing saliva. I hold my head all the way back and swallowing for 30 seconds before bring my head up and arch it again and again.
