This is the follow up video to the ''Frequent Swallowing ''. This time I start the first scene with me sitting in the chair, with my arms behind the chair and start bending and arching my head back very slowly with my chest out but arching my head all the way back frequently swallowing saliva. I hold my head all the way back and swallowing for 30 seconds before bring my head up and arch it again and again. The camera shows two angles, a frontal close up, and the other also frontal but slightly to the side. I do that for 7 minutes, and then is Alanna's turn to do the sam...

In the last scene both of us are sitting side by side and for 6 minutes arching our heads slowly like a yoga but swallowing. Our necks are oiled for all three scenes.
