There is nothing worse than a nose tickle and nothing is better than a sneeze that releases tension. I put Q-Typ in my nose and it makes me sneeze. Sneezing brings me a smile every time and I happily spray my saliva in all directions while I sneeze loudly and uncontrollably over and over again.
