I have plastic wrap around my head, over my mouth so I can only breathe through my nose. Alexa stands on me for the entire 10 minutes across my belly!
I hold my breath long each time to get maximum contractions and struggles and gasping. I get a very short couple of breaths then have to hold my breath again.
I wear the black outfit that shows my ribs lower belly and hip bones. Straddles and gasping result in more rib movement since not breathing through my mouth.
