Position 1

(Approx.10 minutes)

I am in center of the frame, and the camera shooting slightly from the right side, not quite straight on. I am laying on the floor with the camera at a medium distance.

I arch my neck back very far (but not extreme) and stay like this for approximately 1 minute. I swallow without water.

Position 1

(Approx.10 minutes)

I am in center of the frame, and the camera shooting slightly from the right side, not quite straight on. I am laying on the floor with the camera at a medium distance.

I arch my neck back very far (but not extreme) and stay like this for approximately 1 minute. I swallow without water.

Then start swallowing water in this same position. I take big sips of water from the bottle, hold it in my mouth, arch my head back, and swallow. I take a 1-2 second pause after arching my neck, to swallowing it. This segment last about 7 minutes

I continue to do as I did previously, but now shot from side on to my neck. Again, it is filmed from a distance, not too far, but far enough to see most of my body, and it is leveled with my neck, not from a height. This last 2 minutes.

Position 2

(Appox.10 Minutes)

Very much arching and semi distance shots again to show off my neck and body.

I use the sofa. Shot at a distance enough that you can see my jeans, a medium distance, normal height, not straight on, but to the right.

Firstly, I lean forward and arch my head back. With this pose, I swallow without water again and stroke my Adam’s apple between swallowing. This last about 1 minute

Keeping this pose and swallow water again. As in the first scene I keep my head back when swallowing. Again, this last about 7 minutes

Finally, I lean backward. Swallowing saliva. This last 2 minutes

Position 3

(Approx 5 minutes)

I sit in the yoga position.

I arch my head as far as I can and swallow a few times, my shoulders are dropped and I am keeping the head back when swallowing. This last for 2 minutes (1 minute for each angle, front and side)

Lastly, I swallow water in these positions. Then I gargle the water with my head far back and swallow. This last 3 minutes
