Full video is recorded with view on the back of my ears. My hair is tied up high and ears are fully revealed. I don't wear earrings this time. You can see muscles behind my pulled ears.

At first 2 minutes I do vigorous massage for my left ear (rub it strong to make it hot, red, soft). In next 5 mins give my left ear something like a self punishment. Pull and twist all parts in different directions as hard as I can, also rotate, pull my lobes up etc.

Then I repeat those actions with my right ear. When I finish, I massage both ears to the end of this ...
