Clip start off with a close up on my bare feet with pumped veins, toe wiggling, foot movement, dark nail polish . Then the rest filmed full length dressed in short top and shorts that shows my neck, legs and bare feet, and abs too. Smoking and coughing like crazy. As much coughing as you can manage. Sometimes holding my chest when coughing, sometimes my toes curling up because of my heavy cough. Deep inhales going into a coughing fit then deep gasp for breath, showing off my neck veins. I also do some throat clearing at times. I rub/massage my feet a few times.
