Smoke Holding and Fast Smoking are the two most difficult challenges in the opinion of most people and today I will do both and give you my honest opinion on which of these two challenges is more difficult. But I'm not going to be easy on myself and I'm going to throw in a little twist that will make the smoke holding challenge even more difficult for me. Both challenges are difficult in their own way, and when I finished both challenges, I'll tell you how it made me feel and which one was more hard for me.
